Clerk II (holding the functional title of Clinic Executive Assistant) in the School of Chinese Medicine (Ref.: 502376­­­­) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, plus at least 5 years’ relevant work experience in supervising daily operation of frontline customer services and providing administrative support.  They should have a good command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua, and proficiency in common computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing. They should also have good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently and under pressure; be self-motivated, determined to meet targets, and willing work on shifts and at different locations. Those who have administrative experience in clinic would have an advantage. Degree holders will be offered the functional title of Clinic Executive Assistant. The appointee will maintain quality customer services and efficient booking system; and provide administrative support to the management and daily operation of Clinical Centres for Teaching and Research.
