Research Assistant I/II in The Hong Kong Jockey Club Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention (Ref.: 503291) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Statistics. They should have proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); skills in analytical evaluation and generation of practical solutions; and the ability to work independently and as a team player. Research experience and experience in using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) would be highly desirable.
The appointee will work on different mental health projects in the Centre. He/She will help to conduct evidence review, collect and analyse data, prepare manuscripts and reports, and perform other research-related duties as assigned.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
