Temporary Clerk II (several posts) in the Academic Support and Examinations Section of the Registry (Ref.: 503741) (for the period May 3 to 29, 2021)

Applicants should have a recognized Higher Diploma/Associate Degree; OR 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience. They should have a very good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good computer knowledge (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing) and IT skills.  They should also be self-motivated, be attentive to details, possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, have the ability to work independently and in a team and handle multiple tasks.  Experience in tertiary institutions would be a definite advantage.  The appointees will provide support to the administration of University examinations in May 2021 including examination invigilation and perform any other duties as assigned.  They may also be required to perform outdoor duties and work at irregular hours.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
