Applications are invited for appointment as Tenure-track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor (several posts) in Strategy, International Business (IB), Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior (OB), and Human Resources Management (HRM) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 527014), to commence on June 1, 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.  The appointment will be made on a three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before the expiry of a second three-year fixed-term contract. Exceptionally outstanding candidates at Professor/Associate Professor level may be considered for appointment on tenure terms.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Strategy, OB/HRM, Economics, or other related fields, with the capability to conduct high-quality research and teach relevant courses.  Information about the Faculty can be obtained at  https://www.hkubs.hku.hk/.  Enquiries about the posts (not application materials) should be directed to the Chairman of the Recruitment Committee (email: mands.jobmarket@hku.hk).

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.  The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.  Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
